I’ve been riding and in love with bicycles since I was 4 or 5 years old, and the best thing about bicycles for me is the feeling of freedom. (I assume that’s why most people love bikes.)
You don’t have to buy gas, pay taxes, change oil, or do maintenance like you do with motorcycles and cars. It’s (almost) completely free! But the downside of bicycles is that you can’t go fast or take long trips (though some people do, and they’re the ultimate humans in my view). Plus, it’s not as fun compared to motorcycles.

Now, about motorcycles: I’ve been riding for about a month, and so far, I’ve found them to be the ultimate fun machines. And when I say FUN, I mean FUN.
It’s like dissociating from your body and completely merging with those two wheels and an engine. The handlebars feel like an extension of your hands, the wheels feel like your toes—everything about it feels like a spiritual experience some kind of being in trans between life and death and we call it adrenaline!

So, how does riding a motorcycle change you?

It makes you more of a risk-taker and a fun person overall. You’ll start looking at every challenge in life as a side mission to complete. But to be more precise, riding improves certain characteristics you already have—it doesn’t create them from scratch if they weren’t there before. I hope that makes sense.

I guess that’s the best way I can explain it to someone who doesn’t ride.

If you do ride, you’ll probably understand exactly what I mean by the words I used here.

The sad thing about bikes, though, is they break. I hope someone eventually fixes that problem with bikes. 🙂

Ride safe! ✌️
